VU3SUA case documentation

The µBITx case from Sunil Lakhani VU3SUA  is popular with constructors based on its value for money.  However, many find it difficult to find wiring guides for this case.    It is documented at various places by VU3SUA.  Sunil Sankaranarayanan VU2MTM has downloaded all of the photos and these are collected together.

Metal case from Sunil VU3SUA (InKits India)

Sunil VU3SUA who is an active BITX20 list constructor has a business (Inkits) selling enclosures and electronic components for the Indian domestic and international market.  Sunil is now shipping his µBITx case.  This is a high quality metal case that is available in several colours: Maroon, Black, DA Grey, Siemens Grey, and Blue.

We should see reviews of this product shortly on the BITX20 list.

Bookings for the Second Batch of pre order booking open now.  The shipping of second batch will start by end of March or Starting from 1st April 2018.

The universal case for the µBITx costs  US$34.99 with worldwide shipping via India Post costing US$20.    For a DHL  courier service there is an additional charge of  US$15.

Orders will be shipped in order of bookings.

Sunil VU3SUA kits and enclosures

Those who have constructed BITx40 or BITx20 kits will probably be aware of Sunil Lakhani’s website https://amateurradiokits.in    Sunil is known for his metal cases, but he sells other products as well.   His new uBITx case will be released shortly, and can be pre-ordered now by emailing the store with a colour preference.

The website http://inkits.in has been made to take orders from customers in India only.  This website is still not fully populated with products and some sections have still to be added.

Sunil VU3SUA says his main website for world wide customers will continue to be:  https://amateurradiokits.in

Ubitx.com

Sunil is also constructing a new website for the uBITx.  This is under construction, but keep an eye out for it on:  http://ubitx.com

ubitx.com aims to provide complete info and updates about the uBITx, sharing information with all ubitx builders.

Sunil says that “it will be similar to other group websites like ubitx.net  promoting ubitx info”.   No doubt it will have a different slant and fill a distinct niche in the uBITx ecosystem.
